all interested in pursuing a more sustainable
community."
Become a member and participate in any of the following:
Monthly Newsletter - receive a monthly electronic newsletter featuring sustainability success stories from your neighbors, local businesses, schools, and churches.
Receive Alerts - receive email alerts about upcoming events and news around Lamorinda
Collaborate via the Web Site - The core idea of the web site is to have most of the content contributed by Lafayette residents. Think of it as a community project to publish anything that might be useful to others in the community. Submit a success story, submit a fact or tip, author a blog, post events on the calendar, post ideas and questions in the discussion forum.
Attend Educational Workshops - Educational workshops covering different sustainability topics are held at the Lafayette Community Center. These workshops feature local residents sharing what they've learned by trying something firsthand.
Volunteer to Help with Specific Projects and Events - Sustainable Lafayette is involved in various events and projects throughout the year.
Be More Involved - We hold monthly board meetings to steer our focus and activities. Any member (someone on our mailing list) is welcome to attend.
